Howdy! I'm VVITCHBOLT (formerly SKELLADA)! You can call me Salem!I identify as transmasc nonbinary and queer lesbian. I refer to my gender in many different ways, but what matters most is that I use they/them pronouns, and prefer to be referred to in masculine ways!
✦ CAREER
I'm a digital artist part-time and work at a university full-time planning events. Both of these sources of income help me support myself, my wife, and our two cats! Art is my passion, and being able to be an artist full time is a huge dream of mine because it is one of my favorite things to do when I am not bogged down in the real world with work and all the drama that comes with it.I've been engaging in various forms of art since I was very young, and started a lot of my dive into online spaces via warrior cats content (and briefly but later my little pony content and communities, which introduced me to existing in online groups). It's part of the reason I leaned into drawing animals so heavily- it was easier, and warriors was a major interest of mine when I was younger. I started out on deviantART around 2010-2012 and admittedly carry a lot of burnout from that site, but it allowed me to grow an audience, improve, and meet new people. I've been pretty consistently working on my art and my brand since then!
✦ PERSONAL LIFE
Along with being an artist, I am also an avid writer in my free time. I am deeply passionate about worldbuilding and creating lore, especially relating to DnD/TTRPG-adjacent themes, fantasy, modern fantasy, and a number of other things ranging from westerns to space odesseys!In the real world, alongside my job, I love to collect various assortments of things: legos, enamel pins, pinned bugs, blind boxes, and a wide array of pokemon items. I hold a lot of passion about the things I have an interest in, and I can be just as passionate about hearing about things other people collect/enjoy/have a special interest towards!I'm not a very socially forward person, and sometimes struggle to initiate communication or hold up conversations, but I genuinely love to talk and engage!
